The heart of modern Japan. Tokyo alone offers everything from high-end soaplands in Yoshiwara to discreet massage parlors in Shinjuku and Ikebukuro.
Foreigners are generally welcome in certain shops, but not all — especially in soaplands. Always check in advance or use foreigner-friendly guides.
🌾 Tohoku Region（Sendai, Aomori, Akita, etc.）
A quieter, more rural region, but major cities like Sendai have “fashion health” and delivery health services.
Language barrier may be higher, and some venues may be more conservative about foreign guests.
